Emotional intelligence, encompassing the ability to recognize, understand, and manage one's own emotions as well as those of others, has emerged as a crucial component of effective leadership and organizational success. Drawing upon contemporary research and theoretical frameworks, this paper elucidates the impact of EI on various facets of business management, including leadership effectiveness, team dynamics, employee engagement, and organizational culture. Moreover, it examines strategies for cultivating EI among business leaders and employees, thereby enhancing managerial efficacy and fostering sustainable business growth.
